...our mission is general. Upon her death, Dextra Baldwin McGonagle put a call to action for the forming of a foundation to support charities seeking to improve all lives, the environment and beyond. With her spirit in mind, we seek to help a variety of organizations and will consider proposals in a wide array of areas.
